  every plant needs water soft soil but you can change genetic by pollen or grafting an feeding it the right food.plant grow better with potassium,nitrogen, non lasitic soil and phosphate or you can get a bunch of fish and soil an plant a bunch of seeds good luck at keeping the bugs off the buds.certain botanicals make oils that bugs hat like crysanthamums oil slow them down so much they starve because they can't eat if you would like ask don't beat around the bush.
